Petition to End Abortion in Alabama
To my Elected Officials
WHEREAS: Alabama law defines the term “person” as “a human being, including an unborn child in utero at any stage of development, regardless of viability.” Section 13A-6-1
WHEREAS: The intentional destruction of human life is murder.
WHEREAS: Abortion is murder, but Alabama law fails to treat it as such.
WHEREAS: The State of Alabama has both a legal and a moral obligation to protect all pre-born children.
THEREFORE: I urge you as my elected official to use all the authority and influence of your position to pass the “Equal Protection Act” and end the murder of preborn babies in our state without exception. End Abortion Alabama will keep me informed of your actions.
