1. Agreement and use of the website

These terms apply to endabortional.org and any donation, petition, email, or text-message program run by End Abortion Alabama ("EAA," "we," "us"). By using the site or taking part in these programs, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Use the site lawfully. Don't submit false information or another person's details, disrupt or try to break into the site, or use automated tools to collect information from it.
Our content. Text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the site belong to EAA or are used with permission. You may share our pages and quote our content with credit to End Abortion Alabama. Please don't use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your organization.
Links. We may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
What you send us. If you send ideas, stories, or comments, you allow us to use them in our work without payment. We won't publish your name with them unless you agree.

2. Donations

Donations are final. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or the wrong amount, email info@EndAbortionAL.org within 30 days and we'll review it. Any correction is at EAA's discretion.
Not tax-deductible. End Abortion Alabama is a 501(c)(4) organization. Donations are not tax-deductible.
How donations are used. Donations support EAA's work as a whole. We may use any gift wherever it's most needed.
Monthly donations. When you choose a monthly donation, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the same amount each month, starting on the day you give, until you cancel. You can update your card or cancel at any time through the link in your receipt, through your Donorbox account if you gave there, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; past donations remain final.
Payment processing. Donations are processed by Stripe and Donorbox under their own terms. We never see or store your full card number.
Disputes. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems can be fixed quickly that way.

3. Text message program

These terms apply if you opt in to text messages from End Abortion Alabama (EAA text alerts).

What you may receive. By opting in, you agree that EAA may send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide, which may include action alerts, event reminders, and requests for support. EAA isn't obligated to send any particular message or number of messages.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email info@EndAbortionAL.org.
Not required. Opting in is never a condition of signing a petition or donating.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number. Only opt in with a mobile number that's yours. If you change or give up that number, reply STOP first.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Disclaimers, liability, and changes

No warranties. The site and our programs are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that the site will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, EAA and its directors, staff, and volunteers aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our programs.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site or our programs means you accept the updated terms.
